This page lists every cookie and similar technology (including localStorage) that elementhuman.com sets, what each one does, and how long it lives. It exists so the choices in our cookie banner are informed ones.
Essential cookies are always on — the site doesn’t work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only load after you opt in via the banner. Your choice is stored for 12 months (6 months for visitors in Brazil), after which we ask again. If we materially change what we track, we ask again early.
Visitors in California: we honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of sale/share, and the banner includes a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

Open Cookie Preferences (also linked in the footer of every page) to change your choices at any time. Withdrawing a category stops the related tracking immediately and deletes that category’s cookies from your browser.
Each time you make or change a choice, we store a timestamped record in your browser and log an anonymous consent receipt (your choices, region, and a random receipt ID — never your IP address or identity). This is how we demonstrate consent under GDPR, LGPD, and CPRA.
