Element Human is a behavioural AI company building the empathy layer for digital interactions.
Most technology today optimises for clicks, conversions, and predicted outcomes. These metrics tell us what happened, but rarely explain why people behave the way they do. Element Human measures the behavioural drivers behind decisions — attention, emotion, and memory — helping companies understand how people actually respond to digital experiences, content, and advertising.
Our platform is used by global media platforms, brands, and agencies including Amazon, Netflix, Omnicom, WPP, Dentsu and others to optimise marketing decisions beyond vanity metrics.
Today we are profitable, growing, operating globally, and working with some of the largest media platforms in the world. But we're still early — which means the people who join now help shape what this company becomes.
As Project Manager, you own delivery predictability, work visibility, and resource efficiency across the business. We expect on-time delivery rates above 70%, 100% of active work tracked and visible in a single system, and estimation accuracy within 20% variance — all within your first six months.
This is a first-in-function hire. There is no existing project management system, tooling, or process. Your job is to assess what the company needs, propose how to solve it, and build it — while keeping live projects moving. You will work across Operations, Engineering, Data, Product, and Measurement. You report into the Head of Operations.
If you prefer clear boundaries and fixed processes, this may not be the right role. If you enjoy building things that don't exist yet, you'll probably thrive here.
How you do this is yours to figure out. We'll measure outcomes, not methods.
You're joining a team of engineers, data scientists, measurement specialists, client delivery leads, and growth — about 20 people across the UK, Europe and North America.
Your closest working partners will be the Head of Operations (your manager) and the CTO. You will interact with virtually every function in the company, from the data team building our behavioural models to the client-facing team delivering insights to Netflix, Amazon, and agency partners.
